Terms of Use

1. What My Kabbalah Map is

• My Kabbalah Map is a digital experience for study, organization of personal information, proprietary deterministic calculations, references from Jewish tradition and optional interpretations.
• The product does not present itself as a rabbinic authority, religious institution, medical, financial, psychological or legal service.
• Traditional references and results produced by the app's own method are presented separately whenever that distinction is relevant.

2. Account and user responsibility

• You must provide information you are authorized to use and keep your access credentials protected.
• Hebrew representations, filiation, dates and other data that require confirmation must be reviewed before they are used as a basis for the experience.
• Using information about family members or other people must respect the personalization purpose offered by the product and those people's rights.

3. Map, forecasts and symbolic numbers

• Scores, the Flow Index, cycles and other outputs of the method are interpretive tools of the product. They do not constitute a scientific probability that a future event will occur.
• The six numbers displayed between 01 and 60 are symbolic and for entertainment. They are not a betting suggestion, do not increase the chance of winning and do not constitute a lottery prediction.
• No app result should be treated as a guarantee of protection, healing, wealth, relationships, employment, investment or any other material event.

4. Ór and artificial intelligence

• Ór is an optional AI interpretation layer and can only be used after you record that choice in your account.
• AI does not alter the scores calculated by the Brain and must not invent Torah evidence, facts about third parties, diagnoses or certainties about future events.
• Ór's responses are for reflection. Important decisions remain the user's responsibility and, when appropriate, should involve suitable professional guidance.

5. Torah, Wisdom and external sources

• Torah Analyzer results distinguish textual evidence from interpretation. The presence or absence of an occurrence does not prove destiny, prophecy or a mandatory hidden message.
• The Wisdom area organizes references from Tehillim, Mishlei and Kohelet by study themes without assigning an automatic guarantee of results to a chapter.
• Links to external sources, such as Jewish text libraries, lead to independent services subject to their own terms, availability and licenses.

6. Dream Journal and personal content

• The Dream Journal is a private space for records written by the user. Saving a dream does not automatically send it to Ór and does not generate automatic interpretation.
• You are responsible for the content you record and must not use the service to store illegal or malicious material or content that violates third-party rights.
• A dream stored in the app is not treated as a prediction of future events.

7. Subscriptions and payments

• Premium features may be offered for periods and payment methods shown on the subscription screen.
• Charges, automatic renewal, cancellation and access validity follow the conditions shown at checkout and the status confirmed by the payment provider.
• Canceling renewal does not end a paid period early while access remains valid. Rights guaranteed by applicable law remain preserved.

8. Acceptable use

• You may not attempt to access third-party accounts, bypass paywalls or limits, exploit vulnerabilities, interfere with the service or use abusive automation against the platform.
• You may not try to induce Ór or other integrations to reveal secrets, credentials, internal prompts, another user's data or information not authorized for that session.
• Security, limitation or suspension measures may be applied when necessary to protect users, infrastructure, providers or service integrity.

9. Availability and changes

• Features may evolve, be corrected or become temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, provider failure, security or technical updates.
• Relevant changes to use conditions, data processing or commercial characteristics should be reflected on the corresponding public pages.
• The service seeks to preserve deterministic results and history according to published technical contracts, but does not promise uninterrupted operation at all times.

11. Updates to these terms

When a material change to these conditions is required, this page should receive a new version and date. Continued use of the service remains subject to rights provided by applicable law.
